Range of effect on small welders

Simply put it's too small... Wile a large welders is able to cover the area of one large block, the small welder isn't even able to cove the size of a conveyor block. This means that if your trying to create a wall that has overlapping welders your going to have to cover the entire wall with welders as it doesn't have the area of effect to cover the with of the conveyor next to it. Instead of just covering 2 Small blocks it needs to cover at least three blocks in all directions.

Further testing reveals that the same problem is present in large welders,.. They lack the range to overlap with one block spacing.
