Ragdoll deaths

After watching some of the multiplayer submissions this week, this really stood out in PVP combat.

NPC's and players should perform a ragdoll death with some force multiplier.

The current animations are all exactly the same, an animation transition into a 'death animation'.

Ragdolling them would make shooting NPC's, being shot to death and other players dying look way cooler and more dynamic.

Ragdoll was a present feature on SE while ago. But i don't know why they removed this!

Yes please! Ragdolling is always fun. Also, it'd be nice if I could switch to third person after I died.

Yeah it would be cool to see your dead body in 3rd person a few moments after death, especially if you get blown out of a cockpit or ship and your corpse is cartwheeling though space :D

They seem to have ragdoll functions still in the .SBC files, not sure why its not active.

I had this same thought too after watching some of the video submissions, the player model basically has no ragdoll and just falls unrealistically when killed "in gravity" and looks unnatural in zero g, there really does need to be a ragdoll for the player character.

Also, the player held weapon not having a reload function / animation really makes shooting look stupid.

Hi, There were never ending issues with current implementation of ragdoll system so we turned off. If we find the way how to properly fix it, we will do it.
