Purchased datapad GPS coordinates useless in early game

Whenever you buy a datapad from a store block, it will also give you a GPS coordinate, but every datapad that I've bought has given me a GPS coordinate way out in deep space or in orbit around another planet. Pretty useless when all I have is a single buggy and no way off the planet (yet). Datapads purchased from store blocks on planets should have mostly GPS coordinates to other surface installations and a few orbital stations. I'd even accept a 100-200 km maximum range for stations found through datapad GPS coordinates.

I personally don't see that as an issue as I would consider economy more midle game than early game.

Also, they are so cheap you can buyout when you visit a station to get lots of station location.

If you play in multiplayer, you can also ask if anyone want to share station location on your planet/moon.

It is the first implementation of this system. I hope they update it so it avoids giving you doublicates. But for that they probably have to update the whole gps system first in order to add permanent and categorized gps lists.

I agree it is sort of a bummer to buy 10 and find no use for them in the short term. However, I have been pretty lucky I guess so it ends up giving me at least one planet side. So I end up having two stations within about 35k. The other 9? They end up being long-term goals. Maybe two types available: Planetride (current planet) or space. That way you can sorta know what you are wasting coins on. Additional side request would be to have the stations provide basic specs of the ships for sale. I never buy a car/truck without a little idea of what I am buying other than a generic description. Give me engine types, Cargo Lift capacity... something other than a super simple description.
