Permission to use official sounds in video

I'm developing a cartoon called "Space Engineerz" based off the game.

I would like to know if i can use official sound effects for the cartoon?

I would also like to know if the name Space Engineerz is acceptable?

Keen software house has a video policy page I just read it and it seems both the music and the title are allowed.

I'm not sure you really needed to make a request for this on the Keen software House support page, but at least I hope I could clear it up for you:

There is a teaser link if that's what you're asking.

Otherwise I'm not sure either, because it says your allowed to capture and record parts of the game, but never says anything about other forms of media, like how it's an animation.

Marek rosa himself actually said he loves it and he shared it, and they dont seem to have any problems with the sound usage, i will begin developing this cartoon

I have some great episode ideas for it, the cartoon will have stories based off the things you do in Space Engineers, and also new idea stories not based of the game.
