On oxygen on joining DS

I join my DS and on earth like planet there is suddenly no oxygen. Also spawn in with no planet rendering.
Thought it might be a latency issue. Tried to follow the trouble shooting as per YOUR TROUBLESHOOT PAGE and the setting is no longer in the game.
