ok .. staert to the end ... Ending the game
What the fuck is happening .. ok I have an old PC .. game works ok ... but when I want to stop playinmg .. I save the game .. .and then I need to answer if I want to save again or not .. do something about that dumb asses ... and yu think you be able to go in to AI .. you cant even program basik things .. but get back to my issue ... when I know say I want to end game .. it never ends .. ... it take most CPU and 30-40%GPU (nvidia 1060 ..) good damn it we bought this program at least be a bit serius , in sence of jurestiction .. you bordering illigel things .. and due to all is Mareks doing I think .. I guess he gonna be in jail soon , or at least give everyone paying for SE their mony back ... or you rebuild the game next week ... fucking scam factory thats what you are

I don't think calling names and saying "f****** scam factory" will help your case in any way. Treat others the way you want to be treated!
First, as yourself said, you are running the game on an old system. You should keep in mind that, while game is being improved, there will be bug and issues. That has to expected. It is a reason for why this website exist, and it is very good that you provide your feedback for devs so they can fix stuff.
Secondly, you should invest into a new PC build. This game does indeed need a lot CPU power, but same goes for all new games that are coming out or have done so recently. You wouldn't expect to play Doom: Eternal on a toaster would you? And this game is no exception. As the game improves (if devs sticks to it), in a few months it could be that old system won't run it properly, because maybe render has been changed to provide better graphics. Or maybe algorithms might change. Same can be applied any software.
It is not developers fault that you have an old computer. Don't blame them for not buying you a new PC. Believe me, it is worth investing into a new rig. You won't regret it! :)
