Not working blue print function

Yesterday have noticed that blue print function not working, i can't take new blue prints!!!
Then i press CTRL B insted of making a blue print, it just opens a blue print screen with my old blue prints.... Haven't found where can i change or adjuste key bind or what happent :(

i'm playing with mods, did test on a clean world, and after game recheck (check sum or what ever function is in steam)

Just checked blue print folder, game did take blue print of my stuff, but they haven't showed up in blue print menu.
P.S. after turning off steam cloud function have managed to take local blue prints... but if feature turned on can't make new blue prints
