No way of blocking or reporting other members/users?

We need a way of blocking or reporting other users on this support forum- right now I'm having to deal with some ranting, raving nutter who is constantly harassing me because he can't accept a simple idea I put forward, and instead is making dozens of posts attacking and insulting me- no one should have to put up with such behaviour on a support forum ( username is "andersenman".

This is also desperately needed in-game. Whenever you play online there will always be some assholes that try to ruin it for you, that is just how the Internet works. So an ignore function is just a must have for any online game. Add please!
