My game randomly crashed and now my star system custom world is basically a save point...

So.... I wanted to do stuff, start a fresh world, until the game decided to freeze and crash as I was spawning a spawn pod... now, this is my custom game choice, start from a save point... How do I remove this????
Please do help me.... Because this is the first time this has happened, plus... I couldn't see the save in my "Load Game" location either, there was a folder named after the save I made, but there was nothing in the folder..

Found out where the save went.... Strangely enough... It went into the CustomWorlds Folder instead of Saves in %appdata%
Now, I have never seen this happen, ever... so, I don't know what to think of this
