Multiplayer Dedicated Server : Various Character Sync Issues

Observed Behavior:
I don't know if it's a normal behavior or not, but it seems to me that those sync issues was not so much present in 2016-2017.They are many of them, here is a little list:
- When you hit jump (space bar) and forward (w) at the sametime, your character will do the animation but will go back at his initial position (see video #2)
- When you are near a surface where you can go under it, your character will get stuck, sometime you can just crouch to get out but sometime you can't do nothing exdept kill yourself (see video #1)
- When you run in small areas like jumping on a small grid, or just when you walk/run too near of certain blocks, you will sync back and sometime it's like more than 2-3 meters
- When you run too near of another player, again you will sync back of ~1 meter
- ...
- ...
These sync issues/glitch are very (VERY) annoying.
In summary, bug occurs with:
- Experimental Mode: Off
- No mods
- Dedicated Server (with Torch)
- New map with default settings & config
Affected Version: 1.188.*** (and maybe on older version, last time I have played was in early 2018)
Reproduction rate: 100 out of 100
Hosting: My Dedicated Server is at VeryGames (Space Engineers Server VXP - 6 slots). Ping is ~20ms. At my home I have an Internet Speed of Gigabit (Download & Upload).

Exactly the same happens to us. We are using nitrado as the host. Server simulation speeds are fine but everything seems out of sync. This is after around a week of building.
