[Modding Support] Updated Official Modding Guide

This is a simple Request.
I would love to see a fully revamped Modding Guide with Tools and Resources to do said modding, yes i know that modding is a community thing but it would be very handy to make it a little more accessible to newer community members and returning modders/players.

Is anything happening with this ?
I've been trying to get all programs and addons installed for modding for 2 weeks now. I have Blender with SEUT installed all pathways done, Notepad ++ ,VS 2019 the SE sdk folder in place. So all ready to go but a real lack of guides on how to do is all out of date, sow do you expect someone new to modding to get started when guides are from 2015 when it's now 2021. According to this guide I need something for VS in order to code my model I made for SE after I exported from blender https://blog.marekrosa.org/2016/02/space-engineers-news-full-source-code_26.html can't find the files.
