Merge Block Alternative

On the latest stream (Airtightness & In-game Help Stream) The concept of more tools and more functions was mentioned right at the end. I am open to whatever they have in mind as long as it's not a multitool. But as far as the current tools are concerned, I have I think an excellent idea.

Merge blocks are nice, and they do their job, but they have a few issues, first, you have to make sure to compensate for the fact that merge blocks stick out a block from where you're trying to connect grids, you have to replace the blocks after merging, it can just be a hassle to manage. Sometimes, they just don't like working at all.

So my idea is that both the grinder and welder, have a right click function that merges and separates grids. not much else to say here.

The merge block, however, shouldn't be replaced by this feature as it still has uses like automatic merging. I just think that being able to weld grids together and grind them apart would be a really good feature.

Also plz add the airtight connector mod to the game.
