Memory Card item to store, copy and paste the block settings

Hello everyone! For example, If you just want to move a cockpit or flight seat on your grid from one place to another, you'll have to reconfigure toolbars and displays. The blank memory card can be bought on trading stations and used for quick transfer the settings between blocks (blocks must be of the same type) Let's say, the memory card will be non-rewritable and it can be applied only on blocks that have a control panel or terminal.

In previous builds of Space Engineers, I've been able to open up the XML datafiles and literally do that. But now with the recent changes and additional datafiles it doesn't. But it's possible, for sure, to copy the action bar from one block to another.
That would be even better in-game even in survival. You get an up-vote.
