Medical room needs improvement

This module is driving me up the wall when it comes to trying to fit in tight spaces like cockpits.

Problems:

1. the medical room inst a room but a corner, but it takes the space of 2x2 blocks making you unable to build a floor plate in front of the console. An improvement would be to let it come with flooring and ceiling for the entire corner and let you chose if you want a floor or not in front of the panel.

2. . It lacks connection points to all sides making it not challenging but impossible to use on certain builds.

3. Its not air tight forcing you to not only accommodate the already large block, but surround it with yet an other row of block to be able to use it in a space you need to be air tight. The thing just gets too big.

4. Even though it has a conveyor system, you couldn't get a bottle of oxygen out of it if your life depended on it because it has no inventory, so why is it called a medical room in stead of a giant dispenser!?

5. The entrance to the outfit capsule is positioned badly and should rather be where the two barrels are instead of facing out to its side. It would make more sense with regard to the shape and number of blocks it's supposed to occupy. This module needs to redesigned.

Its almost like who ever made this module isn't the same person that made the rest of them.

My greatest issue with it is its lack of mount points. It is only attached to the rest of your grid by the two conveyor ports; meaning it is often only connected by a single block - the required conveyor.

If you do any kind of remodeling, there's a great chance for this vital block to become disconnected and floating. The model is visually attached to more surfaces when built on a 2x2 floor - why are these surfaces also not mountpoints?

I just ran into this issue and am trying to google how to get a medical room air tight.

If I place it on a floor and then grind the block under the port to connect a conveyor junction, the medical room disconnects from the grid, even though the conveyor junction is connected to the grid because I aimed at the floor.

If I place the conveyor junction first and then try to put the medical room on top of it, it says it is unable to place it.

I've spent two hours ferrying components back and forth trying to trial and error this, and am about to go to creative mode before I throw the monitor through my window.
