Make Sorters work Gasses (Allow/Disallow Xfer, one way)

GasTanks do not check the conveyer path like regular inventory does. Placing a sorter in the path makes no difference in whether Tank A can transfer to Tank B and back again.
I like this feedback
Also... It doesnt matter if the Sorter is On or Off, Gas is still allowed to pass
