Make Camera Overlays Selectable

Every camera has a purpose, and that purpose usually doesnt fit with the one camera overlay you can have applied at any time.
Proposing Selective camera overlays, as a list, and allow modded ones to exist as well. (Maybe tread like the LCD image list)

Could also add more advanced crossair with ranging makers for different guns or the option run one of the lcd scripts.
