Make a volume used/max volume default lcd script

Please add a provided by keen script that show "Volume used / max volume".
Ideally with the number in liter and with a progression bar like the player load displayed just over the tool bar.
The industrial, carrier and manufacturer will be please by this addition.
Meanwhile, this is the first script I plan to make in programable block following update 1.190
