Larger, faster O2/H2 generators

We need bigger, buffer O2/H2 generators. Hydrogen tanks take an age to fill even with half a dozen generators, and simply adding more gens isn't an option on servers - O2/H2 gens are among the most resource intensive blocks in the game, not all too far behind turrets.
So instead of forcing us to stack up loads of simultaneous inventory operations, let us process more per operation by giving us larger, beefier industrial electrolysis units! Making them large and exceptionally heavy would discourage use on ships in favour of hydrogen tanks, and they would make a great addition to any fuel depot or outpost.
