Issues when running offline in steam with DLC

HI,
When I switch to offline mode with steam I lose the ability to access the skins and textures that are purchased with the DLC. It works 1 out of every 3 or 4 times I test. Can't seem to figure out why.

I have the same problem with one exception. No DLC’s and no saved data offline. Steam says it’s not them. Hopefully this gets fixed soon, I love the new features and don’t always have access to WiFi.

Same problems here. I´ve already opened another related ticket.
But, in my case, the DLC blocks work fine while offline - but the suits, skins/textures do not. I´m pretty sure it´s a messed stuff by Keen, because Steam is responsible, as far as I know, for the ONline functionalities only.
Regarding the savegames, it´s most likely you´ll need to open your %appdata% and copy the online savegames from one ID to another.

Confirming this and it's really annoying, the game is now separating the Offline / Online save file location.
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves
In that location there will be two folders, the folder with the longest number name is the online save folder, and the folder with the shortest number name is the offline save folder.
If you move your save files from one to the other you can load them depending on the connection state of Steam, Offline / Online.
The game didn't used to do this, this one change is really pissing me off as I do switch between offline steam to online a lot, having to manually change the location of my save file all the time is simple ridiculous.
Please change it back to how it was Keen.
