Integrate a reset vote feature

Please add a button to the in game menu that comes up when you press (escape) that allows players to vote for a server reset.
We all love space engineers, but it is still in beta. Most bugs are mitigated with a reset, and it would make the game way more fun for those of us who want to play on official servers where there are no admins to help us when bugs do happen (and its beta! They happen often!)

But problem that even server admins can't restart servers (only host owner can). Also there's some memory leak and after some time dedicated server run out of RAM and player become experience rubber banding. So i'm totally agree, restart fuction really need.
