Increase the editor maximum character limit

Hello,
The in-game script editor character limit can be quite annoying when developing a script. I don't think the number of characters is what make a script slow (comments and constants does not have any impact on script cycles). Having to use a hacked DLL to fix this is a a temporary solution that can break many other things.

Many great scripts are already at that limit. Increasing'd make room further advancement for them. Please Keen!
