[In-game Scripts] Make IMyShipController's MoveIndicators available per seat instead of per ship

Right now, IMyShipController's MoveIndicator, RotationIndicator, and RollIndicator properties are only non-zero for a single person per ship in multiplayer. It would be nice if instead movement indicators were exposed on a per-seat basis so that each seat could have simultaneous movement indicators when multiple people are in control seats.


This would open up a wide range of scripting possibilities and allow us to create fully functioning multi-crew vessels :D


Also making it so that seats on stations could get move indicators would be a wonderful bonus for things like mechanical welder arm control scripts. As it stands, station grids to not receive non-zero movement indicators.
