Improve MP latency

MP has quite noticeable latency due to prediction being disabled for multi-grid ships.
This directly impacts the usability of the MP game even if you're playing on LAN, as every action is visually delayed for the client.
The network latency is enough of an issue, we really don't need extra latency from the game, therefore it really needs fixing/improving.
Here's 2 ways that would help:
- Make prediction work with everything (idea on this topic: https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/multiplayer/topic/subgridwheel-prediction )
- Fix/improve the network code to remove extra latency, leaving only network latency, which is ofc unfixable (bugreport on this topic https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/general/topic/187-huge-input-lag-on-ds-in-same-pc-as-client )
Both of these things would make it way better.
I don't know why either of those things are hard to do but something really needs to be done.
Finally, the reason I made this particular suggestion was because the bugreport from above was marked as not a bug and was suggested I do this instead.
