Why can't you play? I know a few like myself that have many thousands of hours of great play time even in early alpha. Granted, I play less... mainly due to being overplayed. There are good tutorials out there. If it will not play, maybe upgrade the computer? Or submit a bug. If it affects enough people they may fix it. Simply driving by and saying something sucks and needs to be fixed didn't help anything. lol

The only times when I "can't play" is when it takes seemingly ages after spawning on an official Keen server until the world has loaded, or when there's a "desync" that makes my craft bounce up and down without taking damage, or when the server restarts, or when I need to work or sleep. Or, in the seconds it took to restart SE after the very first and so far ONLY actual crash to desktop (which was caught gracefully by the crash logger and report submitter) in the month or so since I bought the game.
Practically in any other circumstance I "can play", so it's puzzling as to what you meant to indicate. Per-maybe-haps in the year of self-imposed abstinence, you will not only have attained the ability ("to can - to have the skill to do something") to play but also to write actually appreciable feedback.
