Hydrogen Tank weights are

Compared to large grid tanks, small grid tanks weigh six times as much for their volume. Approximately 3 tons to carry 160 kl of hydrogen for the small grid, compared to 6 tons to carry 5000 kl of hydrogen for the large grid.

Three small grid batteries are generally a better and lighter investment for small grid craft. Even a large grid hydrogen engine carries much more hydrogen than a small grid tank, with a similar weight.

Correction and followup: Small grid Hydrogen Tanks do not weigh six times as much for their volume/capacity in liters, they weigh fifteen times as much. For space consumed on a grid, they weigh thirteen and half times as much. They are outrageously heavy.

They are 86% as space efficient for storing hydrogen as the large gridversion, and absolutely abominable for anything that has concerns about weight. The one niche positive is that this makes them fairly durable in combat.
