High zoom DOF effect for skybox only

When zooming with a camera block the skybox starts to show its lack of resolution, which is understandably not practical to increase.
However, a fake depth of field effect could be added only to the skybox when extremely zoomed in.

Same here. On zoom, stars become a big dot on screen.
Skybox should be affected like 1/100th the zoom, or as a quick fix: disabled.
