Help us paste planets

Every time an update brings a new planet (great btw!) all non-super-advanced players have the same question, "How do we get this planet?"

They have know that they are supposed to start a new star system game and must remember how to get there (new game-> custom ->scroll all the way down ->star system)...
Or they have paste it into their existing world: They would need to remember to switch to creative before loading, they need to decide on a distance, and remember to press shift-F10 -- and then the "spawn planet" dialog asks us for a size and seed, huh?

I looked in a new "star system" game, but I don't see the default planet size values anywhere. They're not on the wiki either. If we put in a random size, the planet will be distorted (see attached screenshot).

Suggestions:

Please at least provide the default values for each planet in the spawn menu

Or after each new planet release, when I load an existing game, what about Goodbot pops up and says, "There's a new planet, let me help you spawn it in with default values"?

In the spawn dialog, the slider label just says size. It would be clearer to label it diameter. (So for anyone using the values above: double the radius).
