Tiny hotbar chance for using things with configurable values.

When putting for example 'add rotor speed' option to the cockpit hotbar and then pressing ctrl + LMB, it would ask how much speed does it add to the rotor. It would make using rotors, jumpdrives, pistons, and many other things much more easier to configure the values.

But you give me another idea: Have an Adjust function instead of (or in addition to) the Decrease and Increase functions.
While holding a hotkey that has the Adjust function assigned, the mouse wheel temporarily becomes the associated input. You could scroll slowly or fast (even have dynamic input: scrolling fast changes the selected value more per mouse wheel notch than scrolling slowly), scroll in both directions … you could even hold multiple Adjust hotkeys and so affect more than one group or part at the same time. Add an Invert Axis option to each Adjust function so that you could increase one while decreasing another at the same time!
