Grinding returns too many components

Considered (Not Planned)

Often when grinding blocks with a manual tool you get too many components back. I.E. I was trying to get the 20 extra interior plates from my wind mill and just slightly the tool, but I got 28 plates in my inventory with several left on the windmill still.
