Faction grid renaming and recoloring options

Hello, I understand the reasons why you added anti-griefing recolor/rename restrictions. But they are too strict, atleast give us some control over them, please! Either add two tickboxes to faction settings, which enable recoloring and renaming to faction members, or tie these privileges to faction rank, so we can control individually, who can and can't rename/recolor grids. Thanks!
