Grid Description

It would be nice if we could add a brief description to a grid in the same way that we can give it a custom name. It would allow players to give an idea about its purpose/use or other information. This would be handy for those that upload content to the workshop.
The description would be displayed on the "Info" page of the grid in the spot that is currently occupied by warning messages. The current warning messages could be shifted to fit under "Grid Info" on the left.
The description would also be able to be set by scripts in the program block as you can do currently with grid names.
