Gas Giants For Space Engineers

We(The Voters And I) apologize for how sudden this request is but we would like there to be gas giant planets to be added into the game and based off of weather mechanics.It would just be a large unbreathable atmosphere with intense weather increasing as you go down due to pressure.

Due to the lack of voxels this can be a hindrance and a blessing, If you are in the late game there are large amounts of wind power and the only problem is that you need to find a way to anchor a structure,But if you just spawned you are going to have a hard time surviving here and getting out of it.

We think that this will provide a harder survival experience to people who spawn here and a way of making the game overall more interesting.Along with being able to add "exploration missions" where you have to go to a certain depth and find something.

Seems interesting. It would definitely be cool to have a place where you can fill up on hydro easily, if you can deal with the weather.

+1 from me and this is not a sudden request. I've personally been asking for 5 years (https://forums.keenswh.com/threads/gas-giants.7358195/), and there were others asking before that. The voxel core could be the size of a small vanilla moon, but with multiple massive cloud layers above it. All this is possible in game right now, so the only new change needed would be the ability to change the opacity of the cloud layers so that they aren't see-through with the sun behind them (as explained in this thread: https://forums.keenswh.com/threads/allow-cloudlayers-textures-to-be-completely-opaque-so-gas-giants-can-be-modded-in.7374907/)

YES! I love gas giants! It would be a wonderful experience if we could fly on them. I believe with current game mechanics, this idea is possible.

I have been waiting for an alternate form of hydrogen collection and think these are perfect. You need a ship strong to survive the violent atmosphere to collect hydrogen from it. The atmosphere (and thus the hydrogen reserves) gets heavier as you go, but so does the pressure. It is better to collect hydrogen deeper, but is also more risky. I could see this be easily implemented, what with oxygen mechanics and mods that collect ice from water vapor in atmospheres, so why not hydrogen collection? Keen please add this, or better O2 generators.

I would love to be able to build some kind of hydrogen skimmer platformer. Some station that floats above the cloud layer to restock your large ships and haulers with Hydrogen, Ice, and trace compounds skimmed from the planets opaque atmosphere. Guns crown the Crest of this platforms to fend off enemy factions and pirates who hide their ships just below the surface. Small vassals like submersibles designed to navigate the wild cloud currents and crushing pressure in the mid or even lower atmosphere. Imagine fighting in the upper atmosphere and shooting out another players power and watching their ship slowly sink into the clouds and inevitably be crushed under the pressure while lighting up the clouds with detonating components.
