Game eats RAM and infinite loads in Multiplayer.

As far as I can determine this is how it is caused, by just messing around in SP, the last thing I was doing to cause it.
I have tried a fresh install with no mods and no blueprints from local.
Verified, all my drivers are up to date.
You can join SP but you will be chugging at 5fps and low sim-speed.
MP you get stuck in infinite load cycle, the rest of your functions on your computer cease working because SE starts eating all your RAM, I've encountered a white screen to then continue loading on the normal loading screen and more chugging.

To be honest, 8 GB isn't exactly stellar for SE. I'd recommend upgrading.
