Game Crashes when loading server

Not sure why, but I've noticed Space Engineers crashing and freezing far more often than usual when loading into a server ever since the Warfare 1 Update.

Server does an automated restart; I go to reconnect, it loads for 4 minutes before the game crashes. I go to task manager and have to manually close the game from there, because the game is still technically running and consuming 80% of my RAM. I reopen the game, which takes another 5 minute or so, and start to load back in. Several minutes later, the game freezes up completely, and I have to Windows+Tab into another desktop to open Task Manager to close it since it won't even minimize. I restart the game, pause what I was listening to, mute on discord, and reopen the game, and attempt to reconnect. I walk away and come back 5 minutes later, the loading screen is still up for another 2 minutes or so before the game crashes again. I'm probably understating the time this has been taking because it's been more than 30 minutes since the server restarted. This is frustrating to me.

Tried again for 20 more minutes; in that time, the game froze up while loading, and crashed while loading. I have spent nearly an hour trying to get onto this server, and the game has either frozen or crashed every single time. I've been playing this game all week and haven't had it this bad, so idk what's changed but it's ridiculous.

Restarted my PC; still crashed/froze twice in a row. Only other application even open was Discord, and wasn't even using it.
