Gaining reputation between player factions

Expand on reputation system to allow player made factions to increase their reputation via contracts, killing common enemies, fixing ships, or by manually setting the reputation.


Add safe zone and other economy related blocks options that only allows interaction by factions/players with minimum reputation.

Add option to set up turrets to engage depenging on reputation.

Feels like reputation needs a bit of a bump in general.

Ex: reputation shouldn't just drop if you are grinding a disabled ship, any change should require an antennae or working beacon to propagate. Otherwise removing other player's wreck is going to cause reputation loss.
