Europa progression not possible

In the survival build is it currently impossible to progress if you try and start on europa. Since the survival constructor only accepts stone which doesn't exist on the planet, there is no means to create any sort of power supply in order to run the basic refinery. Even dismantling the entire planetary lander does not provide the parts needed to be able to create a power source for a large grid. Parts need to be added to the lander inventory to allow a power block to be built. Or the survival block needs to be changed to turn ore into ingots with a very low return compared to the refinery.

I dug straight down about 40m and found stone.

10m below the landingplace of my Pod was stone and when i dug to the Gold Ore i also went through a Stone area.
And for power, the windturbine works on Europa, which doesn't cost that much. Unknown Signals also help a lot at the beginning.
