Energy drain when in space

The drain speed when in space is such a degree it makes doing much work outside of a ship/station very bothersome. You run out of energy before running out of oxygen.
If you wish to keep the drain speed the same, make Build From Cockpit just as fast and cumbersome as using hand tools. Small grid tool range farther so you don't need to touch the block to wield the block. Placement hologram extended farther to be out of the tool model when trying to place very large block like Large grid Ion thrusters.

Bump- there are numerous threads discussing how annoying it is to keep running out of energy every 5 minutes, why has keen not addressed this yet?
Did you know, real space suits have enough power to run the suits life support system for over 8 hours- having to recharge every 5 minutes when in space is ridiculous; increase the duration of the suits energy, or give us some space suit battery packs that we can carry in inventory, just like o2 and h2 bottles.
