Different colored armor block sides

Since there are so many color and skin options now it would be nice to be able to paint the sides of armor blocks in different colors and skins. For example it would be cool to have the wood skin on the inside and steel on the outside of a ship without having to build a massive wall.

Only full armor blocks have 6 plain sides. The skinning of intermediate faces would be very difficult to reconcile. It's a shame, because being able to paint e.g. per-vertex could make for some amazing things on the workshop.
