Dedicated Stone Crusher similar to Survival Kit ability

Given the new Survival Kit has this ability built in, it seems like it would be a good idea for larger builds and later use to have a dedicated block for it without the added abilities of the Kits, especially spawning.
I like this feedback
Basic Refinery (old Arc F.) and Refinery had identical ability to process stone into ores. Refinery was extremely fast in that role. There is no need for additional stone crusher block.
