Decorative Pack #2 - Grated Stairs - Add rail-less version.

The new stairs a great, however I have come across a few cases where the railing interferes with things above it. Requiring reversing the stairs, which is just silly or using the diagonal window as a stair like before.
Any chance of this happening?

I think they need to change the block 'hit box' to include the rail. As it is you can not make any staircase run longer than two (lower hits ground, upper hits upper landing) without having horribly hideous support structure adjacent to it.
