Custom images and an "allow custom images" world option.

In short, it would be great to be able to upload custom images for use on LCD panels and as faction icons. A world option toggle for this also would allow servers to deny this easily to prevent abuse.

I like this idea. There is already a system for importing files, i.e., blue prints and PB scripts. Perhaps that could be leveraged to allow the import of images for LCDs.
