Is it possible to fill the world with at least simple AI? Cause in fact the world is filled with some random pirate ships, travelling from point A to point B. there are no friendly fractions, no trade, AI factions don't have any activity, they don't declare wars, don't propose peaces, they don't encounter player's bases/ships, don't build new stations (or just spawn them). It could be just great, if I could fly to AI's base and buy ships/resources. And the world is just empty, it is quiet difficult to meet anyone (sprt) either in the space nor on planets.
