Control Panel Simplification

Alright, so there are a few other feedback submissions with similar complaints, but I have some additional ideas. My main point: the control panel is hard to read, bad at sorting, and not intuitive.

I have two main complaints in this area. One, it becomes impossible to find the exact block you are looking for when there are multiple subgrids connected or its just a large ship. This would be solved with a folder system as other people have suggested. Please implement one!

The second issue is how the control panel sorts numbers. The control panel sorts alphabetically from left to right. The downside of this is that it reads numbers incorrectly. To the computer, 10 comes before 3 because 1<3. There are two ways to solve this: 1)Add a "sort alphabetically" toggle, that when turned off allows the engineer to manually order blocks. 2)Add zeros in front of single-digit numbers so that 3 becomes 03, and 0<1 so 03 now comes before 10. This system would work best if it added another zero for every digit increase (e.g. when the highest number is 10, every number becomes 2-digits (03), when the highest reaches 100, add another zero (003)). These two improvements would drastically improve the control panel, especially for new players.

To that I would also add the numbering scheme, which is additive. Recently, after placing, and re-placing, several different Thruster layouts on my small ship, I reached "Ion Thruster 45", "Ion Thruster 46," etc, when there were only ever 12 thrusters on the ship. A new block 'number' should replace the one just removed, not follow on from it.
