Consider adding 5 cm blocks

My experience building a working drum machine leads me to believe that SE really lacks small devices (and is totally capable of them). They'd be useful for everything from custom doors, stairs, control panels with small buttons, compact utility robots, micro drones, etc. 5 cm is not _too_ small and would fit well into the current size logic of the game.

It would also murder sim speed to create any significant number of 5 cm grids and be barely useful for the vast majority of players because you'd have to attach the grids to make custom "blocks".
Small grids are already small enough.
