Command Option G Bar / Timer Block - Reset any/all 'Increase/Decrease' commands

Any command that can be set on G Bar or Timer Block to 'Increase/Decrease X' should include a 'Reset X' option (to zero as appropriate).
This would make automating behaviour without a Program Block much easier.

IF this does get considered, setting the default speed for the Piston should really be 0 instead of -0.5
