Coloring the yellow ports

As not all color-schemes fit with yellow, we need to be provided with a way to color the god awful ugly yellow ports that are standard on all blocks with a conveyor system in them.

Yes. Please let us apply a secondary color to the yellow elements of parts!
The heavy rust seems to already be able to override those elements, so please open it up to more customization!
