"Cold" in a breathable atmosphere should not inflict player damage

Even with a completely dead suit battery, a spacesuit would be more than insulated enough to protect against simply "cold" (32-69 degree Fahrenheit) environment. It inherently has to be. Note that damage is not inflicted from having your visor open; therefore, it's within the safe tolerance range of human skin and simple insulation (i.e., the thermal lining of a spacesuit) would be sufficient to avoid damage for an indefinite period.
Cold in a vacuum should not inflict player damage either. Because vacuum is a perfect thermal isolation, the problem in vacuum is getting rid of excess heat, not in getting heated.
