Campaign pitch

Your social media representative directed me here in regards to pitching a new campaign story. Now that I'm here, I'm not sure if this looks like the right place.
I've been working on the outline for a hard sci-fi story line which provides a series of engineering and combat challenges, and which reconciles some of SE's discrepancies in technology level. May I proceed with the pitch, and if so then how may I best submit it?
