Blueprints List (F10) to show the PCU for each Blueprint

suggestion for the Blueprints list, to show the PCU for a blueprint in the tool tip when you hove over it, can also be added to its details screen. It would also be very handy to see the PCU on the Projector block, and maybe inform you, if you or your faction does not have enough free PCU to build it :)
