Better multi-color painting (fill tool)

So, in order to make it easier to quick paint entire ships without messing differently colored blocks, how about a tool that will paint all the blocks that has the very same RGB value on the grid?

quick example, a red ship with white stripes, I wanna change it to yellow with white stripes, if i use CTRL + SHIFT + PAINT everything will just become yellow, instead, allow a key combo that will only paint every red block with the same rgb value on a grid without touching any other block that's not of the same RGB value.

this makes it much easier to change ships colors without 'messing' up multi-colored schemes... pretty much like a MS paint 'fill' tool.
